FUMC’s youth will team with other area youth groups on November 20 to collect canned food items from local residents for donation to the McArn Food Bank. These efforts will help ensure that that the food ministry has sufficient stocks to meet the demands of local citizens who experience nutritional needs during the coming holiday season.
Look for the youth who may stop by your house on the afternoon of Sunday, November 20 to solicit the donation of a canned food item. If you don’t live in a residential neighborhood likely to be visitied by the MYF, you may drop off your donation at the McArn collection basket located outside the First Methodist church office.
