You’re probably familiar with frankincense and myrrh, but within the Bible there are over 600 references to oils and incense utilized in various rituals and situations in biblical times. On September 23, Angela Lee, a Cheraw native, will be returning to FUMC to share her knowledge of how these religious and medicinal substances were used and for what specific purposes. This presentation will be held in the Parlor at 3 pm.
