During the June 7 Sunday worship service, FUMC member John Moore is presented the Roy E Smith Humanitarian Award for 2015 by Jerry Therell. John’s service to FUMC and the community has spanned many decades and encompassed a broad spectrum of activities notably including significant support of the Boy Scouts and Red Bird Ministries.
On June 11 the youth and rising youth of FUMC will start a new ministry in support of the McArn Food Bank. As this effort begins, look for ways in which you can help our youth make this meaningful contribution to our community.
