Some families in our community unfortunately do not have the resources to provide their children with all the needed school supplies their child requires when returning to the classroom this fall. The Christian Education Committee is inviting you to help get these kids off to a great start this year by participating in our Back To School Supply Drive! FUMC is collecting school supplies of all kinds, which will be distributed to area schools for use by both teachers and students in need. You can find a supply list on the table in the church entryway or consult the School Supply List as found under the Resources tab at the Home Page. Just pick up any of the supplies listed and drop them off at the church office by Sunday, August 11th. You will bring a smile to some child’s face and sense of relief to this student’s parents and teachers.
